Running to the gym, children?s activities, sports, etc keeps our very busy days. Even for those without work, days can be busy with job interviews, volunteer work, unemployment lines, etc, but even on the busiest days, it is still possible to serve the family a healthy meal. This spicy chicken stir fry recipe is a tasty dish that is healthy and quick and easy. SPICY CHICKEN STIR


1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon

sugar 1 cup chicken broth, preferably
low sodium 1 / 4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons
cider vinegar
1 / 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or less to taste)
3 cups fresh broccoli
2 tablespoons water 1 pound

1 medium red pepper, chopped
