Rainmeter 2.2 Released with Lots of Minor Improvements and a New Plugin [Rainmeter]

Rainmeter 2.2 Released with Lots of Minor Improvements and a New PluginWindows: Rainmeter, our favorite system monitor and desktop customizer for Windows, just released a new version that contains many bug fixes, performance improvements, and localization support for 35 different languages.

The new version includes improvements to the Rainmeter's "Show Desktop" support (which was annoying in early versions), the NowPlaying plugin (which is now more reliable and supports more players), and the ability to select your language when you install Rainmeter. It also adds a new "Process" plugin, which can tell you whether a certain process is running?great for seeing if certain background applications are running or not (if they don't appear in your taskbar). As usual, you can download Rainmeter 2.2, install it over your current version, and it will keep all your customizations for you. Hit the link to see the full list of changes and download the new version, and if you need a refresher on how Rainmeter works, check out our guide to creating an attractive, customizable desktop HUD with Rainmeter.
