The human body is a glorious and unmatched art of nature. Our body is such a complex and complete structure which only God could create. This is because of not doing any physical activity and bad eating and resting habits. The most common problem people face is back pain. The actual root cause of back pain is the weakening of muscles of lower back. The muscles which support the spine are called core muscles which require special attention from us because they also contribute to back and lower back pains.
